With the ability to resist heat up to 260oC, Plasti-kote Engine Enamel will not lift, crack or peel.

  • Withstands the effects of oil, petrol and most solvents.
  • Repeated exposure to engine heat fuses the enamel to the base thus increasing bond strength.

Application Notes

Use only in well ventilated areas. Ensure surface is clean and dry. Serveal thin coats are recommended rather than one heavy coat. Before applying, test spray on to an inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility and adhesion.

For best results, the engine should be cleaned with a quality engine degreaser prior to applying Engine Enamel.

Drying Time

Touch dry in 10-20 minutes.
